Attorney John Stember has a long history of negotiating collective bargaining agreements, providing representations in labor arbitrations, and defending the rights of unions before the National Labor Relations Board.  Prior to opening up a private practice, John was an attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services and served as a local union president and as National Secretary of the UAW Local 2320, the nationwide union of Legal Services Workers.  

John currently represents the Amalgamated Local 820 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Pictures Technicians, and Allied Crafts (IATSE), Venango Regional Machinists and Toolmakers Union, and American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.  He has previously represented locals of the American Mine Workers, the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), and the Pennsylvania State Education Association.
