We litigate sexual harassment, discrimination, ERISA (pension and benefits), FMLA, wage/overtime and other types of employment law cases. Our attorneys have successfully brought cases against such major employers as Bayer, General Electric, Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Pittsburgh, UPMC, and Western Pennsylvania Hospital. We are also experienced in negotiating severance packages and enforcing executive employment contracts. In additional, we represent individuals in civil rights cases and students in education law cases.
In addition to representing individuals, we represent plaintiff classes in contingent class action litigation, who have claims against insurance companies, banks, pension plans, and other institutional defendants.
