efeinstein@stemberfeinstein.com Ed Feinstein focuses his practice in the areas of employment law and education. He represents employees, executives, and professionals in an array of employment disputes, including non-competes, sexual harassment, terminations, and discrimination. His practice extends to litigating class action and individual ERISA cases to protect the health benefits of retirees and challenging adverse long term disability decisions.
Another area of Ed’s focus is representing parents of children with disabilities in special education cases. Since the early 1990’s Ed has represented scores of parents in administrative due process hearings, state and federal court to secure appropriate educational services and placements for students with disabilities. He has been a lecturer for numerous special education law conferences, and enjoys working with parent and advocacy groups. Ed is a 1973 graduate of Boston College Law School.
